Returns Policy
Please inform us via email as soon as possible about any return/s. We accept no responsibility for goods returned to us without our prior knowledge & consent.

We can only accept returns within 28 days of the date of dispatch
​
Items must be returned, & received, by us before a refund or replacement can be issued.
​
For your own protection we recommend that you return items using a recorded / tracked delivery method as until they reach us they remain your responsibility & we will not be liable for any return packages that become ‘lost in the post’.
​
All returned items must be in their original condition. All items are quality checked at manufacture & again before dispatch.
​
If you have received the wrong size (i.e. a size different to that which is stated on your order) & we deem this to be our error, we will send a replacement when we have received your return, & will refund your return postage cost.
​
If you have ordered the wrong size by accident, once we have received your return, we will issue a replacement, but you will be charged for the P&P of the replacement item, which must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.
​
If you wish to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, we will issue a refund for the item, but we will not refund the original P&P, & you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
​
However, any products that we have personalised, hand-written, or customised specifically for you cannot be returned as they cannot be re-sold. This also applies if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised order.
​
Should you wish to cancel or return an order that was gift wrapped, we do not refund the gift wrap service charge.
​
If you return goods at our expense (i.e. post the returns without the correct postage being applied), we will collect the parcel from the sorting office & pass all the postage expense on to you by deducting it from your refund total.
​
This returns policy applies to customers in the UK, & does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Procedure
Please read through the above returns policy, then follow the steps below:.

Email to inform us of your wish to return an item as soon as possible, & within 28 days of dispatch. Please include your order number, your reason for return, & your email address & phone number in this email.
We will respond with an email issuing a returns number, & providing the returns address.
Repackage the product securely & send it to the returns address provided.
You will need to pay the postage cost to return the item. (As per the Returns Policy, this will be refunded if we deem that the return was necessary due to an error on our part).

Once we have received & processed the returned items, we will notify you by email to confirm the refund, which will be made through your original payment method.
